As a key member of our Operations Department, you’ll work closely with your Team Leader or Production Manager to manage a portfolio of accounts and help consumers resolve their outstanding debts — all while using your Spanish and English language skills to create a more inclusive, effective experience.
As a Bi-lingual Account Manager, You’ll:
- Manage a portfolio of accounts using our Collection Resource System (CRS)
- Contact Spanish- and English-speaking consumers via phone and email to discuss past-due accounts
- Clearly explain repayment options and help consumers find manageable, realistic solutions
- Build rapport and trust while maintaining professionalism and empathy
- Document all conversations accurately and in compliance with FDCPA and applicable state laws
- Use skip tracing tools to locate and update missing consumer contact information
- Track your daily activity and progress using reporting tools
- Maintain thorough and regular coverage across your assigned accounts

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (verbal and written)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior experience in collections, customer service, or a call center environment is helpful — but not required
- Comfortable communicating over the phone and handling a high volume of calls
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
- Strong listening, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism, empathy, and compliance under pressure
- Must be able to pass the FDCPA exam and obtain a collector license (training provided)
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends
