How do I dispute a debt?

You have the right to dispute a debt within 30 days of receiving our initial communication.  Your dispute should be submitted in writing to ensure we respond with account validation.  Email us at [email protected] or mail it to our Mendota Heights, MN office.  Please provide us as many details about the dispute that you can and any supporting documents such as police reports, etc.  We recommend sending it by certified mail.

What information must a debt collector provide?

Under Federal Law, we are required to inform you of:

  • The name of the current creditor

  • The amount of the debt owed

  • Your right to dispute the debt in writing

  • Your right to request the name and address of the original creditor (if different)

We typically send this in writing within five days of our first communication
