By opting out, you are withdrawing your prior consent to receive electronic communications from FRS. This includes, but is not limited to, emails containing information about your accounts such as balances, creditor and validation details, disclosures, legal rights, payment options, and receipts, as permitted by law.

Please note that some emails may include attachments or links that require additional steps to access. If you choose to opt out, such information will no longer be delivered electronically and may instead be sent via alternative communication methods, such as mail.

Important Disclosures:

• You are not required to receive communications by email in order to work with Financial Recovery Services (FRS) to resolve your account.
  
• Choosing to opt out of email communications will not impact your ability to communicate with FRS or take steps toward resolving your debt.
  
• FRS may still send certain legally permitted communications by other means, such as mail, text message (SMS), or phone.
